Students tend their garden at Longfellow Elementary School in Mesa. 6th grade students have a service project of providing fresh flowers and produce for the needy families in their neighborhood. They also learn an important life lesson - the "Law of the Harvest" - which work in a natural system teaches so well.
If you don't sow, water, weed, feed, you have no harvest!
