COMMENTS FROM STUDENT PARTICIPANTS IN TECHNICAL WRITING PROJECT
"This was a very difficult project, but I feel that it was a great learning experience that will help us in the future."
"The project is very time-consuming. At the end, you feel a big relief. You
achieved something great. It was a lot of fun. I would do it again,"
"This project was quite mind-boggling! The toughest part was actually getting
all data and ideas into the correct section. The end product was a great
accomplishment on behalf of the group; as well as a relief to have it finished!"
"This project was a great learning experience. The hard part was starting
(coming up with an idea) and pulling it all together. It's a great feeling to have it done!"
"The project's most difficult aspect was the report! Putting it together was extremely difficult. The good part was that Boeing's help was endless! They were always willing to lend us a helping hand."
"This project took up a lot of our time - there were nights that we stayed up until the morning! But more than anything, this project taught me so much. It was a great experience, regardless of prizes. Right about now, I consider our team experts on stress! We are so proud of our end project. Just accomplishing it gave us a sense of pride."
"While doing the Boeing project, I liked getting involved with the community and how we are or maybe can help the community. I didn't like all the after school things that takes away, but I think in the long run that it was worth it."
"Through this project I learned so much! I loved it! It took a lot of time, but I
am so tickled with our end result!
"I loved this project. This project is connected to my future career. Even if we don't win, I will not regret doing this. I learned a great deal about our topic.'
"This project was a very big learning experience. I think this project should be held throughout the years. It lets students get a chance to feel a bit like they're in the real world dealing with real problems.
